Fintech-driven Private Debt investments in solid small and medium-sized businesses
Teylor Capital is the Private Debt investment arm of Teylor AG. The team manages the Teylor Debt Fund I to invest in direct lending opportunities across the credit spectrum with focus on companies of the German “Mittelstand” with significant untapped potential for Private Debt investors.
The Teylor Debt Fund I generates investment opportunities through fintech-enabled deal sourcing and origination via the Teylor lending platform. For the first time in history, investors can access a broadly diversified and pre-qualified pipeline of financially solid SME borrowers without the manual due diligence processes this asset class typically require.
The investment strategy provides an attractive risk-return profile with stable cash flows and reasonable credit risk exposure. It emphasizes capital preservation and downside protection.
Teylor Capital realizes the competitive advantage through technology and state-of-the-art data-driven deal execution processes in combination with diversification through an industry-agnostic approach and a focus on core SME industries in Germany.
